The GAIA Hotel has always successfully trained apprentices and we are proud to be able to take on this responsibility.

We offer apprenticeships in the following professions:

  • "Fachfrau/mann Hotellerie-Hauswirtschaft EFZ"
  • "Praktikerin/Praktiker Hotellerie-Hauswirtschaft EBA"

Our modern terms of employment

Work hard, play hard

As an employee of GAIA Hotel AG you will enjoy numerous benefits and attractive offers such as:

Flexible working time models
GAIA Hotel AG is open to flexible employment and working time models. The hotel employs permanent and part-time staff as well as hourly workers on call. The weekly working hours are 42 hours per week for 100% employment.

Remuneration & electronic time recording
Fair and performance-based remuneration in accordance with the L-GAV. You record your working hours with your finger.

Holidays & public holidays
Our employees benefit from five weeks of holiday and six paid public holidays per year.

13th month's pay
You will be paid your 13th month's salary "pro rata temporis" per month, retroactively from the first day of work, once you have successfully completed your probationary period.

Working clothes & cleaning
In the housekeeping/service area, we will provide you with clothing and clean it. Front office staff and our management staff wear their own clothes - we pay the dry-cleaning costs.

Service anniversaries are celebrated
We celebrate our service anniversaries. You too can be part of the celebration. Thanks to our long-serving staff, we always have celebrations to share.

Christmas & Birthday
We always come up with something. Let us surprise you!

Guest room
Are you having family or friends over? We will be happy to offer you accommodation at our family rate, subject to availability.
