Our Organic Breakfast Buffet
Enjoy your healthy organic breakfast in Basel's most beautiful breakfast room.
Where? Right next to the SBB station at the GAIA Hotel. In our historic hall, we serve our hotel guests and external visitors, a rich organic breakfast.
We use a large selection of organic and predominantly regional products:
- Oven-fresh bread, rolls and croissants, also available in gluten-free options
- Delicious spreads, vegan and in Demeter quality
- Various cereals, seeds and berries
- Regional cheese selection and assorted cold cuts
- Cakes and sweets
- Roasted vegetables, egg dishes and bacon
- Milk, also available in vegan and lactose-free options
- Fruits and juice
In addition, we serve you hot drinks such as our Demeter coffee from Brazil or selected teas... as much as you like.
For overnight guests, the organic breakfast is included in the room rate.
For external guests, the organic breakfast costs CHF 29.00 per person.
Start the day healthy and visit us during the week from 06.30-10.00 or on weekends from 07.00-12.00.
